ChannelHub

( how it works )

How ChannelHub connects to the systems you already run

Three steps: point an agent at your existing API endpoints, add the documents and policies you already maintain, and go live on WhatsApp, web chat, avatar or API. Nothing migrates, and nothing gets rebuilt.

Agent setup in three steps: create the agent, add your knowledge sources, then go live
how it works

Live in three steps — connect, ground, deploy

Connect your existing APIs

Connect the endpoints you already run and describe what they do. The agent learns when to call them and with which parameters.

Add the knowledge you have

Upload the docs, policies and FAQs you already maintain. They become the agent's source of truth, cited in every answer.

Go live — it acts, or hands off

Deploy to WhatsApp, web chat, the avatar or the API. The moment an agent can't help, it hands off to a person with full context.
how it works

What happens the moment it can't help

When retrieval comes back empty the agent says so rather than inventing an answer, and the conversation moves into your team’s shared inbox with the transcript, the knowledge it retrieved and any tool results already attached — so a person picks up in the same channel the customer is already in.

ChannelHub handoff inbox: a conversation the AI escalated, with the transcript, customer context and order details passed to a human agent

An answer that's wrong but confident is worse than no answer

Start with one endpoint

Pick the question your team answers most often, point an agent at the system that already knows, and watch what it does with the ones it can’t. That’s the whole evaluation.

Three days free. A card is required to start and is not charged during the trial. When it ends you move to Starter at $49/mo unless you cancel first — we email you the day before either way. The avatar channel is not included.

Not ready to connect an endpoint yet? Tell us what you’d like to connect using the form at the foot of this page, and a person will reply — usually within one working day.
