Pay for what the agents actually do
Every plan includes AI credit, agents and channels. Usage draws the credit down, and you can top up at any time — no seat licences, no annual lock-in, and no charge for a teammate who logs in twice a month.
Credit is consumed by work, not by headcount. A conversation that needs one API call costs less than one that needs six, and the credit for it is already included in the price above.
No surprise invoice at the end of the month. You spend what you have added. If you need more before the next cycle, top up in $10, $50 or $200 increments at any time.
Two things are billed separately, said plainly. WhatsApp is $20/mo per number. The avatar channel runs on its own top-ups and is not part of the free trial. Neither sits in a footnote, because finding out at checkout would cost more than the sale is worth.
Pick the question your team answers most often, point an agent at the system that already knows, and watch what it does with the ones it can’t. That’s the whole evaluation.
